Michael’s birthday is more than just a date to us. It a time to celebrate his life, his spirit, and the impact he continues to have on so many. Through this year’s birthday merch drop, we want to carry his story forward in a way that feels fresh and meaningful.

The Second Annual Meatball Cookoff 🍝🦅🩵

What an unforgettable afternoon! Thank you to all of our incredible contestants who brought their best meatballs to the table and a huge congratulations to this year’s winner, Heather Cuviello!

From the delicious food to the great music and even better company, the day was filled with community, laughter, and love. Thank you to our judges — Denny Perez, Mike D’Angelo, and Mike Talley — for taking the time to support this event. We are so grateful to our dedicated volunteers and workers who ensured everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes. And to the generous businesses who donated in so many ways — from food to prizes and beyond - your support does not go unnoticed. Special thank you to our band, the Sidestory Duo Kim and Tom Pacitti! Shout out to the woman that made it all happen, our Meatball Cookoff Chairperson, Jen McManus!

2025 was a year of connection, compassion, and community. Because of you we hosted fundraising events, showed up in our community, supported 20 families, and donated a total of $42,000 to continuing our mission.

Much of our work happens quietly. Many of the families we support have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child, and out of respect for their grief and privacy, their stories are not ours to share. While you may not always see every impact, please know that your support reaches families in their most vulnerable moments.

Every volunteer, donor, attendee, and supporter made this possible. Thank you for believing in our work, honoring Michael’s life and walking alongside us. We truly couldn’t do this without you🦅🩵🧡
