Towner County Historical Society/Museum The museums for the Towner County Historical Society are located in Egeland, ND. Winter months we usually don't meet.

They consist of a depot, jail, Presbyterian Church, 3 buildings uptown and the previous Egeland School. Meeting dates are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at the Egeland School museum.

The end of an era has been demolished in Egeland. So very sad to see the old school gone. All the memories are now in all those students hearts and minds as well as the community members. The Historical Society saved as much of the old school as could be saved so there are still some memories that were salvaged.
