Lent begins today with Ash Wednesday. It is the church’s 40 day period of reflection and repentence before Holy Saturday and the resurrection of our Lord. Ash Wednesday reminds us that we are dust and to dust we shall return. How blessed we are to have a God that loves us despite our dust, so much that He sent His Son.

If you have a child who will enter high school in 2027 or later and you are at all interested in sending him/her to a Lutheran high school, please fill out this form to help us.

We are gathering information about the area families interested in sending their kids to a Lutheran High School. Please fill this out for your children if you are considering HTLHS. If you already filled out a paper copy you don't need to submit an online form.

Thank you, to everyone who came out to Bethlehem Lutheran Church for our second speaker series event this summer. We had nearly 40 people gathered together to learn more about the positive impact of a Lutheran High School! Thanks be to God.

We have a new Frequently Asked Questions page on our website! Many of the questions came from our event in June. We've been able to speak to existing parochial schools, do research on the ISBE website, and talk to the Regional Superintendent of Schools to nail down answers for you. Keep your questions coming!
