ONE WORD COULD DECIDE THIS ELECTION: ABORTION

I suppose I may be beating a dead horse, but I have never been more frustrated. Not even Fox News will ask Kamala the one question that would eliminate this issue as something to be concerned about in the booth. Here it is:

Kamala, the majority of voters in each state, after handed the freedom to decide for themselves what to do about abortion have spoken. 14 red states favor life, 26 purple states take the middle ground and 10 deep blue states favor abortion on demand at any stage. Question: Why do you want to take the voters "freedom to choose" away from all of them? Why do you want to destroy this purest form of democracy? Why do you criticize the Supreme Court for letting the people decide? Do you not trust their collective judgment in their respective state?

Just ask the question, then most people would see clearly that this is a non-issue. If the question is never asked, we are left with an electorate where far too many voters react like Pavlov's dog to the mere word "abortion" by voting Democrat with little to no reason for doing so.

JUST ASK HER THE QUESTION....PLEASE!

COMING DOWN TO THE WIRE:

1. The Democrats will never support anything short of abortion on demand at any stage of pregnancy, inclusive of the time of birth. The will of the majority of citizens in each of the 50 states has been established after Dobbs reversed Roe, but Kamala is not willing to let it go because she knows what is best for the American populace even though a proposed bill out of Congress will not mirror any of the existing state’s laws. The will of the majority in each state from red to purple to deep blue will not be honored by her. So much for democracy. No nation can survive by allowing the killing of its babies at birth. Trump will never ban abortion, for he doesn’t have the power to do so. But, I ask this question: If you only had the choice of banning abortion or permitting healthy full term babies to die on the table, what would you choose? This is flat out diabolical and alone is more than reason enough to vote Trump.

2. Violent crime in Democrat-run cities is out of control and unvetted immigrants are murdering our citizens, ra**ng our women, overdosing our children and operating s*x traffic operations. And, what is the cause of such chaos: Democrat party compassion that invites other nations to dump their imprisoned criminals, vicious gangs and cartel operations on us to overrun our schools and our generous welfare laws. Any nation, especially a generous one, will die without borders. This alone is more than reason enough to vote Trump.

3. The economic policies of this administration have driven the cost of everything sky high. This alone is more than reason enough to vote Trump.

4. The Democrat leadership (specifically Kamala) doesn’t invite Christians and Jews to her version of democracy. She tells us to move on down the street. You and I are the deplorable ones they speak of. This alone is more than reason enough to vote Trump.

5. I have not been able to find one Democrat elected official opposed to biological men competing against biological women or entering the showers or restrooms of women. This insanity has got to end and this alone is more than reason enough to vote Trump.

You may say, but how could you vote for a flawed man like him? All of humanity down the ages is flawed, to wit: King David, King Solomon, Moses, you and me. Christians, please don’t tell me you are willing to continue down this path of destruction merely because Trump is human. If voters would be required to prove they are sin free, the ballot count would be zero to zero. All elections are about voting for the least worst candidate from time immemorial and, since I don’t see Jesus Christ on the ballot this year, I must vote for Trump because His principles ARE on the ballot.

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14.

God help us. I pray for a Trump victory and, yet, if it is His will otherwise, so be it.

FINAL PRE-ELECTION TAKE ON ABORTION:

Recent indisputable and oft-quoted phrases of Kamala:

1. We are a diverse society.
2. I will represent all of America.
3. Trump wants to be a dictator.

Undeniable facts — repeating, undeniable facts for emphasis:

1. When the Dobbs Court reversed Roe, they did not take a position, either way, on the morality of abortion.
2. The Dobbs Court criticized the Roe Court for assuming power they did not have in creating rules for the entire country.
3. The Dobbs Court rejected the opportunity to craft rules of their own by handing the power to do so back to the people of each state where it belongs.

Undeniable results of the Roe reversal:

1. The majority of the citizens in each of 14 Red states have established conservative laws that favor life.
2. The majority of the citizens in each of 26 Purple states prefer abortion laws that fall somewhere in the middle.
3. The majority of the citizens in each of 10 Deep Blue states prefer abortion on demand to the extreme, some even looking the other way when a healthy full term child is born to let it die on the table. I don’t remember the Northeastern state that first passed such a disgusting law, but I remember watching the footage on the news of their legislature cheering and rising for a standing ovation when the final vote was cast. And, I know that the DNC just had to celebrate abortion immediately outside their convention with a portable abortion facility.

Kamala - you are correct. We are a diverse society. The collective will of the people in 14 Red states, 26 Purple states and 10 Deep Blue states are quite happy with democracy in their respective state. The minorities in the Red, Purple and Deep Blue states aren’t so happy, but their remedy is to persuade their representatives to change the law IF they have the support behind them and to live with it if they do not. That is called democracy.

Kamala - your desire to represent all Americans surely includes their respective voices in Red and Purple states, right?

You say Trump wants to be a dictator without any proof whatsoever, yet it appears you want to force 40 Purple and Red states to abide by your desire to turn them Deep Blue in Congress. Sounds like a dictator to me.

Leave this alone. The majority of folks in every single state are happy, by definition, with their view of what the law should be. Leave them alone.

And, yet, if the polls are correct, Kamala has a majority of the “people” with her on abortion. Why is that? Because the population centers in this nation happen to be in Deep Blue states. That is how a national poll speaks to a different result than 50 separate state polls.

Every person on the planet comes to the table carrying their fair share of hypocrisy, but Kamala, you take the cake on this one. You claim Republicans want to destroy democracy while you seek to annihilate it and you know that no president has the constitutional power to ban abortion. You are making this an issue because you know there are enough Americans ignorant of the truth and that just might carry you over the finish line in November.

Who is the dictator here? Judge for yourselves.

The topic of abortion makes me nauseous. Harris/Walz want to bring back Roe, but they don't know what it says. Here is a quote: "From and after the point in time when the fetus becomes viable, the state may prohibit abortions altogether, except those necessary
to preserve the life or health of the mother." Viability is considered to be at 24 weeks of a 40 week pregnancy. Even under Roe, a state may severely restrict abortion at 24 weeks. No one will ask Harris/Walz how they feel about that. We have a right to know how they feel about that. Furthermore, if a state's majority wishes to limit it even more, isn't that democracy at its best? What happened to democracy? Apparently the Democrats don't trust the American people. Furthermore, no one ever discusses the death of the child or the real lifelong consequences of remorse. And, finally, the moderators of the Vance/Walz debate show us all who the true enemies of democracy are. The Supreme Court got it right. I believe the citizens of each state know better how their lives should be run than Kamala or Tim.

Did I hear correctly that the USSS has stated they can't protect Trump? Can't or won't?

I won't go as far as Michelle to say I'm ashamed to be an American, but I am ashamed of this administration across the board in every department. Joe and Kamala should be out front of this wielding all of the power they have to make absolutely sure Trump is protected at whatever the cost. The left hates Trump because he is the only one who can rock their elitist boat and get our ship in shape. But, the left fails to recognize that their opponent is not Donald Trump. It is We, the People. But for divine intervention, the left is going to kill Donald Trump. You can just feel it. I cannot imagine what impact that would have on our third world nation. Pray, people and vote to save our country. If we aren't careful, we are going to lose it.

The USSS Director is presently speaking. I am utterly repulsed with his commentary. We are sick and tired of watching the FBI, the local sheriff, the US Attorney and now the Director praising each other for the "magnificent" work they have done. Some (a limited few) deserve praise. They can get their medals down the road. For now, Americans want to see heads roll. Our nations formerly revered institutions are a total disgrace. The world is watching us fall apart.
Gross ineptitude is beginning to look like intent. A fifth grader would know to man the vulnerable perimeter of that golf course with an army, if necessary. I'm too old to run for federal office and don't have the money to do so. I am told you need at least a million to contribute for your own campaign for the party to even notice you. So, all I can do is speak and pray. I ask you to do the same. God help us. Tad Armstrong

ABORTION, THE ULTIMATE FEDERAL NON-ISSUE:

Brace yourself to be frustrated. The Trump team could nail this issue. They are failing him. It is so very easy.

What should have occurred:

Kamala: I want to bring back Roe v. Wade.

Trump: Surely you know that Roe permitted states to ban abortion in the third trimester. Are you still ok with Roe?

Kamala: The vast majority of Americans want to bring back Roe.

Trump: Oh, really! Did you know that 14 states ban abortion and 26 states severely limit abortion? That means the majority of folks in those 14 states favor life, yet you who claim to be the paragon of democratic rule want to take the will of the majority away from those folks. Sounds like your presidency would seek to divide rather than to embrace democracy in each state. Where is your “vive la difference” attitude now? Sounds like tyranny to me. I think citizens in each state should control their own destiny, up or down. It's not up to the president...it's up to the people.

Note: All journalists want to know how many weeks Trump would permit abortions to occur, yet no one asks Kamala.

Trump: You say you would sign a bill in Congress to bring back choice. If constitutional, and I don’t believe it would be, how would you like it to be worded?

The foregoing dialogue would put an end to this topic at the federal level. Anyone frustrated?

AS PREDICTED:

As predicted right here weeks ago, Kamala is creating her number one issue out of nothing - abortion. Worse than that, Trump is taking the bait. This message is meant for those whose mind is not so rigid as to be unpersuadable and whose sole issue is abortion - on either side of the equation. Please here me out.

The Dobbs Court reversed Roe because no right to an abortion can be found anywhere in the Constitution. Therefore, they left it to the states where it belongs - that is called democracy.

If there is no constitutional right to an abortion, how could Congress create one without a constitutional amendment? I know there are arguments to the contrary, but my position is at least as likely as not - that no branch of the federal government has the power to ban abortion or allow it up to full term or anything in between, short of a constitutional amendment. If Kamala is elected and somehow manages to get Congress to agree on the wording of an Act, it would likely say something like “all states must allow abortion on demand at least up to ### weeks.” That would protect those states who already permit it at full term. They certainly wouldn’t want to disturb that form of democracy. That would also strip the right of the present fourteen states who ban abortion. It is that form of democracy they want to destroy.

If such an attempt were made, one of the fourteen states who have chosen to ban it will challenge the constitutionality of it and will likely prevail. Conclusion: it goes back to the states where it belongs and we are back to where we are today. This is a non-issue.

Kamala could also begin the journey to amend the Constitution. Does anyone really believe that 2/3 of each house and 3/4 of the states would approve of such an amendment, assuming of course that 2/3 of Congress could ever agree on the wording? You have got to be kidding, right? Not going to happen.

Trump should take the only position that is viable - the federal government has no authority to ban or control abortion - period. Take this nightmare of an issue that rears it head every four years off the federal table. I ask all of you on either side to fight for your position IN YOUR STATE.

Thirty-six states presently permit abortion. Fourteen do not. PLEASE HEAR ME. This is not a federal question and should not determine the outcome of a federal election on either side.

I am pro life. However, as I predicted when Roe was overturned, Planned Parenthood took on the challenge, in spite of Dobbs, to make sure that the rate of post-Dobbs abortions would equal or exceed the rate of pre-Dobbs abortions nationally. I am told they have succeeded. That is called a Pyrrhic victory for conservatives. In spite of that fact, I think pro life folks favor Dobbs because it gives them hope to go into the states and work to persuade state representatives to their cause. That, again, is called democracy.

The self-proclaimed "pillars of democracy," the Democrats, don’t want fourteen states to have any say-so in this fight. Such hypocrisy.

I don’t know where you stand on the abortion question, but surely you can see it is a non-issue. However you intend to vote, please do not let abortion control your vote. It is a hoax. If you favor abortion on demand in one of the fourteen states who do not, then work hard in that state to democratically urge your position and leave the rest of the nation alone. If you favor life in a state that does not, the same: work hard in that state to democratically urge your position and leave the rest of the nation alone.

Kamala says she wants to get Roe back. Did you know that even Roe permits states to control or ban abortion after the first two trimesters? We are truly letting ignorance control us. Someone please tell Trump to take the only position that matters: the federal government has no power over the subject - period.

Kamala Has Tipped Her Hand: Well, Kamala, you have tipped your hand. I listened very carefully to your ad today that says you will not rest until abortion rights are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution in every state. The Dobbs case makes it crystal clear that your campaign promise will require a constitutional amendment and, as you surely must know, Article V requires agreement to such an amendment by 2/3 of each house of Congress and 3/4 of the state legislatures. 3/4 of 50 equals 38. 14 states currently ban abortion, leaving 36 that range from severely restricting it to abortion on demand. You don't have the votes and you know it. I wonder what language would be required to attain agreement by 2/3 of each house of Congress and 3/4 of the state legislatures? It would have to be far more restrictive than the rights currently made possible by the Dobbs decision in the most liberal states. You believe your campaign position on this will get you votes, yet you absolutely know you cannot deliver. The truth is you don't like anyone who disagrees with you, Kamala. You cannot embrace the collective will of the people within each state...you cannot embrace democracy...you cannot even embrace the current liberal abortion laws in states that would wind up with diminished rights if you were to succeed. You don’t know what you are doing and that is dangerous to the very voters you wish to “protect.” Objectively, these votes will be much harder to attain than the votes bought by Biden's recent attempt to unconstitutionally forgive 147 billion dollars of student loan debt or the ultimate destruction of our nation by granting voting rights to over 20 million illegal aliens. Your party is a disgrace to this nation, to freedom-loving citizens and represents the greatest threat to democracy we have ever seen.
