Health Solutions West is a premier non-profit provider of behavioral health, substance use treatment, and integrated care services in western and rural Colorado. The organization serves individuals and families across the lifespan through outpatient care, crisis response, addiction recovery, primary care integration, and community-based programs. In Eagle County, we offer all virtual services with the ability to utilize over 26 outpatient staff, providing therapeutic and wrap-around services to Eagle County Residents.'

'The Heads Up for Hope mission is to provide HOPE for those who have survived a brain injury and their family or caregivers.
Heads Up for Hope provides support to members of the Vail Valley community recovering from traumatic brain injuries. We provide bi-monthly support groups and special programs that allow our members to share their experiences and resources. Our support groups offer a safe, informative atmosphere for sharing frustrations, challenges, successes, and celebrations with others who are also working through recovery from brain injury. We also provide support and welcome caregivers to all of our activities. Our special programs provide enrichment for our members to enjoy together and include activities like art classes, visits to Mountain Valley Horse Rescue, and our new yoga program run by Love Your Brain-certified yoga instructors.'
