SOS staff and board walk into a bar… and scheme up our most impactful winter yet. ❄️

Sure, there’s probably a better punchline. But honestly? That’s pretty much what happened.

We spent some much-needed time together in person last week. The photos look fun, but we worked hard too - promise. 😉

These are the people behind the impact: the folks who show up in literal blizzards to help kids experience the mountains for the first time, and the ones who stay late to make sure our programs can keep going.

Our impact happens because of these people - and because of folks like you who believe in this work.

Thanks to all, pictured or not, for being part of this community. We’re really glad to have ya. 💙

The people behind the impact.

We’re back from a few days of much-needed face-to-face time, refocusing, reconnecting, and planning for what will be our most impactful season yet.

Notably, this photo only includes a small slice of the folks behind our work. We’re missing our incredible program coordinators and facilitators who couldn’t join us, as well as the hundreds of mentors, supporters, and partners who make this work possible every day.

We’re grateful for every person who supports our mission to connect more kids to mentorship in the mountains.

Here’s to a great season ahead. ❄️💙

End of season vibes ☀️

This season brought its challenges but the cool thing about our SOS community is that it didn’t matter.

Rain, snow (or lack thereof), or shine - our kids and mentors showed up day in and day out with a willingness to get out there and get after it🏔️

Our cup of gratitude is overflowing and we’re so stoked to get out and do it all again next season ✌️
