YEP Vail Valley connects & empowers young and emerging professionals (18–35) through community, career development, and meaningful relationships.

The VVYPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting a young, dynamic, professional community in the Vail Valley by providing opportunities in business development, community awareness, networking, and community involvement. The premier organization and social networking group for your professionals in the Vail Valley. The VVYPA is committed to be an integral part of shaping the innovation, business, and culture in Western Colorado by helping to connect, develop, and engage the Vail Valley’s growing population of young professionals. From networking events to happy hours to meet and greet sessions with major Vail Valley and Colorado decision-makers, VVYPA is an ideal place for young professionals to develop themselves professionally, socially, and civically. Our membership is made up of some of the Vail Valley’s most promising leaders who are passionate about bettering the area and forging relationships with their peers. Our Board of Directors Council includes of some the Vail Valley’s most impressive executives, innovators, and leaders and guides our organization toward its goal of connecting, developing, and engaging the Vail Valley’s young professionals.

Join us for a community program, The State of the Valley, October 28th 9:30-11:30am at Eagle River Presbyterian Church.

For 2026, we are asking leaders in business, hospitality, healthcare, local government and education: How resilient is Eagle County? What are our challenges, what are our strengths, what are our biggest opportunities, and what are some community goals for 2027 and beyond?

Our panelists for 2026 include:

Join us for a welcoming and nonpartisan Ballot Breakfast led by Chris Romer, President & CEO of Vail Valley Partnership. We’ll break down what’s on the November 3rd ballot, put the ballot measures into clear and easy-to-understand terms, and talk about what they could mean for our businesses, communities, and future here in Eagle County.

Whether you consider yourself politically savvy or someone who usually opens their ballot and thinks, “Wait…what does this mean?” this breakfast is for you.

Join YEP & VVMTA on September 21st for an Adopt a Trail Day volunteer day on Brown’s Loop Trail (at Yeoman Park Day Use Area). The volunteer shift will be from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm (with a bit of travel required on both ends).
Donuts, good vibes, and fun will be provided. Who knows, we may even see another moose this year 🫎 ☀️ 🏔️
