Join us for an Adults Only Q***r Homecoming at Carbondale B**r Works, featuring the incomparable Thelma Thunderthighs as our amazing MC and live music by Josephine Cruz!

We’ll have a costume contest with some amazing prizes and good vibes all around! We’ll hope to see you there!

Join Families Not Politics for a reception and info session all about Proposition 134 & 135! Come mingle, get yard signs, and learn even more about how to get active and help defeat these propositions!

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

FREE Trivia hosted by rotating drag queens
Every third Wednesday from 7-10 PM | Next Session October 21st!
Prizes from The Block Bar & rotating sponsors

Drag Queen Trivia is like any other bar/brewery based trivia but with the added bonus that you’re host is a fabulous drag queen! With five rounds including general trivia, niche topics, picture this, music trivia and final jeopardy, this game of trivia will keep you entertained till the last moment. Categories can be anything under the sun! They’re not just about drag (so the straights can still play and win, too!) but can be about sports, national icons, historical events, and even as specific as Met Gala themes, songs from 2007 and Colorado mountain ranges! Not to mention, the winning team earns a grand prize!

It’s FREE to play and there are no limits on your group size as long as you all can sit together. Feel free to RSVP to this event for your own reminders and share it with all your friends.

Let's get informed, Lake County!

The Colorado ballot is loaded with propositions, many of which are harmful to already marginalized folks! Come hear from a group of community members all about the language of the ballot measures, how they are harmful, and how to fight back!

We all have the opportunity to help keep Colorado safe for all people and families, but we have to work together!

Snacks and beverages will be provided!

Trans rights are on the ballot this fall.

Propositions 134 and 135 are harmful, overreaching measures that put LGBTQ+ youth and Colorado children at risk. These proposals are poorly written, dangerously broad, and could have serious consequences for young people and families across our state.

We cannot let these measures pass. It will take all of us to defeat them. Talk to you friends, get a yard sign, or join a virtual phone bank. but most importantly--Vote no on 134 & 135!

This happy hour is specifically a space for those in the community 40(ish) and over to connect and find community. Not just for gay men, anyone of any identity is welcome to attend! Food and beverage will be available to purchase!
