A little bit about the owner & instructor:
After overcoming breast cancer, Cindy discovered a deep passion for movement, healing, and whole-body wellness. What began as a personal journey toward rebuilding strength and confidence became a calling to help others reconnect with their bodies through Pilates. As the founder/instructor at Rustic Pines Pilates LLC, she creates a supportive, encouraging environment where clients of all fitness levels can build strength, improve mobility, and feel empowered in their own bodies. Her approach blends mindful movement with compassion, resilience, and the belief that fitness can be a powerful part of both physical and emotional healing.

Something exciting is coming to downtown Edom this summer!

Starting June 13th, join us every Second Saturday from 5 to 8 PM for the Edom Art Walk, hosted by the Edom Craft Community.

Come experience live art in action, local music, working studios you can actually walk through, curated shops, and delicious artisan food. This is Edom at its best, and we would love to see you there.
