Registration & Requirements
Deadline: June 12th, 2026 (11:59 PM)
Fee: $195 (Non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation)
Team Limit: 35+ teams (Waitlist available)
Key Competition Schedule (Sunday, June 21st)
Chicken: 10:55 AM
Pork Ribs: 11:55 AM

Brisket: 1:55 PM
Awards: 5:00 PM
Public Sampling
Teams are expected to serve the public on both Saturday and Sunday.
Token Cost: $3.00 (Split 65% to the team / 35% to the Chamber Foundation).
Meat: Teams must provide their own sampling meat and supplies; the Chamber will not provide meat this year.
Purpose: Proceeds benefit workforce development for Burlington-Edison students.
Health Permits must be submitted by June 3rd, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Logistics & Sites
Site Size: 20x20 feet (standard).
Utilities: Potable water, trash, ash, and grey water disposal are provided. Power is very limited; teams should bring quiet generators.
Load-In: Starts Friday at 10:00 AM
Camping: Dry dock RV parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis but requires pre-approval from the organizer.
