Before we announce our upcoming season, we’re taking a moment to look back at the highlights of 2025/26.

We celebrated our 45th year of bringing the joy of ballet to our community.

We performed bold new works, collaborated with incredible choreographers, and staged timeless ballet classics.

We did all that with your support, and we are so grateful!

FINAL BOWS 😢

After nine seasons with Olympic Ballet Theatre, Rowan Catel and Carlos Narvaez are taking their final bow with the company. While we are saddened to see them go, we are incredibly grateful for the artistry, dedication, and kindness they have brought to OBT since joining the company in 2017.

Beyond their performances on stage, Rowan and Carlos have contributed greatly to the sense of community within OBT. Whether it was helping new dancers feel at home, organizing post-performance celebrations and gifts, or simply offering support and encouragement to their colleagues, they have been mentors, friends, and leaders to many within our company.

This evening, they perform in Beth Twigs’ Our Tender Distance at the Seattle International Dance Festival alongside fellow company dancers and trainees.

Join us in celebrating Rowan and Carlos as we look back on some favorite moments from their nine years with OBT. ❤️
