The City of Edmond is proud to sponsor the Back to School community event again this year, on Saturday, August 1, from 9 - 11 am, at First Christian Church of Edmond (201 E. 2nd Street).

Backpacks filled with school supplies will be handed out, and free sandwiches will also be distributed while supplies last! All pre-K through 12th-grade students are welcome and must be present to receive supplies.

Several local resource organizations will be on-site to provide information about the services they offer to students and their families. The Edmond Police Department and the Edmond Fire Department will be there with a SWAT vehicle and a firetruck available for kids to explore.
