USPC Festival Recap!
Woah, what an experience! We had members competing at the novice-D, junior-D, and C levels. Three full days of competition at the Kentucky Horse Park and then awards on Sunday. The kids competed in phases that tested their knowledge, reasoning, and real-world application across a wide scope of equine-related topics. It was early mornings, long days, and very hot and humid, especially out in that barn phase! But, everyone was patient and professional and kept working hard. ❤️

Our members were on teams with new faces from across our region and regions across the country. We were all impressed by how quickly they came together to work as teams toward their goals!

All in all, a wonderful experience and we look forward to the next one in two years!

We have six members competing (and one team mascot 😄) this week at the US Pony Club Festival this year in Lexington, KY! Lots of work has gone into preparing for this and we wish them the very best luck!

This is a wonderful profile of the horses and their caretakers that support the NCEA equestrian team at the University of Georgia. (Ok, ok, forgive my non-Oklahoma, SEC allegiance!)

It certainly takes a team of knowledgeable professionals to make teams like this work as well as they do! Check it out!

The UGA equestrian team is a championship group of student-athletes, trainers, veterinarians, and world-class horses.

We are turning our sights toward this summer’s US Pony Club Championship Festival in Lexington, KY! We have multiple members who have qualified for, and are competing in, the quiz competition this summer. So, we are studying, studying, studying! We also had a TPR and braiding workshop today!
