Calling all Edmond nonprofits: grant applications for 2026-2027 are open.

Every grant EWC awards is funded through our fundraising efforts, led by our annual Gala, and every dollar stays right here in Edmond. Last year we awarded $63,000 to local organizations, and we can't wait to see who we get to support this year.

The first step is a one-page Letter of Inquiry (LOI) emailed to [email protected]. Your LOI should include:

Your organization's mission statement
An executive summary of your project or grant request
The amount requested (up to $10,000)

LOIs are due by 11:59 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Grant requests are only considered for nonprofit organizations serving the Edmond community.

Questions? Reach out anytime at [email protected].

We're bringing home a Beacon Award.

Last Thursday, The Journal Record honored Edmond Women's Club with a 2026 Beacon Award in the Nonprofits Serving Nonprofits category. The Beacon Awards recognize Oklahoma organizations for excellence in giving back to their communities, and we are so proud to be among this year's honorees.

This award really belongs to our members. Nonprofits serving nonprofits is exactly what we do. This year, EWC awarded $63,000 in grants to organizations doing meaningful work right here in Edmond, and every dollar we raise stays local.

Congratulations to our fellow Edmond honorees, Citizens Bank of Edmond and Focus on Home, and to every organization recognized that evening.

Since 1983, Edmond women have pooled their time, talent, and giving to make this community stronger. If you have been thinking about joining us, now is the moment.

Applications for the 2026-2027 club year close this Thursday, August 27. New member orientation is Saturday, August 29.

Come serve, give, and lead with us. Apply at ewc.org
