Childcare isn’t a side issue. It’s a workforce issue.

A new statewide poll found that 77% of Oklahoma business leaders say childcare access is their top barrier to workforce participation. When families have reliable childcare, parents can work, increasing the state’s talent pool and leading to a growing economy.

This is the future Oklahoma OPSR is building toward: a state where every family has the childcare they need and every business has the workforce to thrive.
