Phil Schifano is all set to receive one of the Alliance's most prestigious awards at the 52nd Annual Eagle Awards on October 19th! In preparation, the Alliance team got together with Schifano and to film an acceptance video, focusing on his success and his family-first mindset.

Over 40 years ago Phil Schifano, along with his wife and two brothers, founded Schifano Construction Corp. from scratch and became one of the first companies to get into milling. Schifano not only serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Schifano Construction Corp., but also has been Director of the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey since 1993, and is a chairman of the Construction Industry Advancement Program of New Jersey and the Asphalt Pavement Committee.
