What an incredible day at Thompson Park! 🌿✨
The HSM 5K "Run for Inner Peace" has come to a beautiful close — and our hearts are full. Thank you to every single runner who showed up, laced up, and ran with purpose. You made this more than a race — you made it a movement.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing volunteers — especially the Bjana and Sewa teams whose tireless seva made every moment seamless. None of this happens without you. 🤍
To our entire volunteer family — from setup to finish line — you are the true spirit of this event. 🙌
This wasn't just a 5K. It was a reminder that when we move together with intention, peace follows every step.

By the grace of the Guru-Energies, a successful promotional program for 'Himalayan Samarpan DhyanYog' was held on August 14th for the employees at the L&T office in Edison, New Jersey.

Approximately 25 people showed great interest in meditation, which was reflected in the questions they asked. They had wonderful experiences during the meditation session. Many have also expressed an interest in visiting the center to continue their practice. Our sadhak team in New Jersey are actively engaged in the Gurukarya of providing them with the necessary support.

We are deeply grateful to Shri Sameer ji Dighe for giving us this golden opportunity. He had specifically reserved this day for us during Your USA tour. His willingness to facilitate this program even if only in the subtle presence rather than the physical, truly touched our hearts.

We take in countless thoughts every day—some useful, some unnecessary, and many that simply repeat themselves.

Overthinking, worry, comparison, fear, and constant mental noise can slowly clutter our inner space. Just as we care about keeping our surroundings clean, we can also learn to create **inner cleanliness**. 🌿

Meditation helps us pause, observe our thoughts, and create space between a thought and our reaction. With awareness, the mind can gradually become calmer, clearer, and more peaceful.

We are very thrilled to share that by the grace of Gurushakties, HSMUSA Dallas Centers' sadhaks were blessed to become the pure media, for conducting an *Introductory Workshop for Senior citizens group at DFW Hindu Temple* on the occasion of Gurupurnima, July 28, 2026.
*More than 150* enthusiastic seniors, actively participated and enjoyed the blissful energy during meditation, shared experiences, and were eager to know more and asked many relevant questions. They happily collected information about Centers and Online collective meditation details. Few also signed up for the local upcoming in-person Gurupurnima Celebration at the Center. It was overall a very positive, enthusiastic and enriching experience and event.

🙏Jai Baba Swami🙏 On the sacred occasion of 🌸*Guru Purnima*🌸 in Los Angeles, Orange County Center we 10 sadhaks had decided to gather together on Tuesday the 28th of August at 5:00 in the evening to celebrate Guru Purnima. Our initial plan was to perform *Chitta Shuddhi Yajna* do collective meditation 🧘 and enjoy food prasad with love.
But on Tuesday afternoon Swami Ji showered an unexpected grace💫 upon us which became a wonderful experience for us. We received the news that for the sadhaks of the entire *America and Canada* a rare opportunity was becoming available to directly hear and see *the divine discourse of Swami Ji* and the inauguration ceremony of Guru Purnima. Because we all had already decided to meet in collectivity it felt as if Swami Ji had accepted our this sentiment and opened the door of His direct presence. We happily postponed the yajna to some other day so that sitting in the consciousness of Swami Ji we could make our souls blossom.🌟
At 5:00 in the evening all sadhaks gathered and for about 2 hours enjoyed the divine discourse and proximity of Swami Ji.🙏 After the discourse all the sadhaks together partook of the food prepared with extreme love. Thereafter all *shared their experiences* and did *spiritual discussions* due to which love and belongingness increased among all and all deeply felt this joy in their souls.🌟
This was a *wonderful proof* of the *power of sacred collectivity* . As soon as we thought of gathering on Guru Purnima and experiencing the consciousness of Guru Purnima so also *Swami Ji through His subtle presence gave the direct proof of the power of consciousness*🙏 .
🌸🌸We pray at the holy feet of Swami Ji that He may keep providing us again and again opportunities to gather in this way in collectivity and we all may keep continuously immersing in the divine proximity of the consciousness of Swami Ji and the Guru powers.🌸🌸

✨ New Jersey Workshop Highlights ✨

It was wonderful to connect with our community through enriching meditation workshop in New Jersey.

📍 **Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh, Somerset, New Jersey**
Around **50 participants** attended the workshop to learn about **Himalayan Samarpan Meditation**, followed by an interactive Q&A session that addressed their thoughtful questions.

Grateful to everyone who participated with openness and enthusiasm. Together, we continue the journey toward inner peace, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. 🙏
