🐣✨ Easter Distribution Recap — and WOW, what a day! ✨🐣

This past Saturday, our hearts were full as we came together to serve our community in a big way. Thanks to the incredible support of our volunteers and partners, we were able to reach 192 families and 650 individuals this Easter season. That's 650 people who received a little extra love and joy heading into the holiday — and that means everything to us.

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to:

250 families. 900 individuals. ONE extraordinary community. 🎉

Yesterday was a powerful reminder of what happens when dedicated people show up with purpose and pour their hearts into something bigger than themselves. Thanks to the incredible volunteers and board members who go above and beyond — not because they have to, but because they truly care — hundreds of families in our community received the help and dignity they deserve.

Every box packed, every door opened, every smile shared represents the countless hours of selfless service from people who show up again and again for their neighbors. This work doesn’t stop at a single Saturday — it’s a daily commitment to the belief that everyone in our community deserves support.

To our amazing volunteers and board members: words hardly do it justice, but please know that you are the heartbeat of everything we do. We are endlessly proud and grateful to work alongside each and every one of you. 💛🙏

📋 Exciting news — we just made getting registered a little easier!

Introducing our new Pre-Registration System! Now you can submit your information from the comfort and privacy of your own home — before your first visit. It saves you time, lets you complete the process on your own schedule, and all eligibility requirements remain the same.

Once your pre-registration is submitted, simply visit us on the 1st or 3rd Saturday to finalize your registration in person. Be sure to bring your valid Photo ID and Proof of Residency.

We're always looking for ways to better serve you. Pre-register today and we'll see you Saturday!

This Women's History Month, we want to take a moment to say thank you. 🌸

Thank you to the women who believed in this mission from the very beginning — and the ones who joined along the way to help it grow.

Our founder Jackie Goedesky planted the seeds of something truly special, and our incredible women board members — Kathy Rockafellow, Sandy Smithson, Peggy Oliveira, Joyce Pfifer, and Patty Colletto — help it bloom every single day.

Their wisdom, heart, and leadership are woven into everything we do. We are endlessly grateful. 💛

Hands Of Hope For The Community will be open tomorrow from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM and we welcome all residents of Middlesex County who may need a little extra support.

If you are not yet a registered client, you can get started by completing our quick pre-registration at:

Once pre-registered, please remember to bring the following to your first visit:
• A valid ID
• Proof of residency in Middlesex County

Our team will take care of the rest and help get you set up.

As this year comes to a close, there’s really only one thing we want to say — thank you. Over and over again. Louder for the people in the back.

This year, Hands Of Hope For The Community was able to serve our neighbors because you showed up. You donated. You volunteered. You shared our mission. You trusted us to be there for families when it mattered most. Every box packed, every bag carried, every kind word offered made a real difference in someone’s life — and that’s something we don’t take lightly for even a second.

To our volunteers: you gave your time, your energy, and your hearts, and you reminded us daily what compassion in action looks like. To our donors and supporters: your generosity kept our doors open, our shelves stocked, and hope within reach for so many families. To our partners and community leaders: thank you for standing with us and believing in the work we do together.

There were challenges this year — moments that tested us — but every time we looked up, our community was right there, ready to help carry the load. That kind of support is humbling, and we are endlessly grateful for it.

As we step into a new year, we do so filled with gratitude, purpose, and deep appreciation for every single person who played a role in our mission. You didn’t just help us serve meals — you helped us serve dignity, stability, and hope.
