The Edison VFW 3117 has lost another staple in our organization. Harold Klouser was the member you were able to rely on. Especially when our building was flooded Harold was there to give a helping hand. He would also be the first to tell you hey let’s rethink this and how are we able to make it easier and better. At times Harold would get upset because he couldn’t do more for the VFW and I would always tell him Chaplain you’re here already that’s more than some. We will definitely miss him coming around telling his jokes or just to bust chops with one of us. Rest in peace Harold you’ll be missed by all but your legacy will always live on with us at the post.

VFW services will be held Friday at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home in Metuchen Friday 5/8/26 at 530pm
