HELLO! PLEASE SHARE!

🇺🇸 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED—SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5! 🇺🇸

We’re expecting a standing-room-only crowd Friday night for the Treasure Hunt drawing, so we could use a few volunteers at American Legion Post 233 in Edinburgh on Saturday, September 5, around 9:00 a.m.

We need help sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables, taking out the trash, cleaning the shelter house, and picking up around the parking lot.

It’s time to give back! Please come lend a hand for our veterans, our Post, and our community. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ❤️🤍💙

The lucky winner will be drawn after the last ticket is sold!

Every ticket purchased helps support a great cause—all proceeds will go toward purchasing wreaths through Wreaths Across America to honor our nation's veterans.

It’s that time of year to start thinking about honoring our veterans who are laid to rest at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, IN

American Legion Auxiliary Unit #233 will be hosting the Wreaths Across America program for 2026.
Wreaths are on sale now and must be purchased by November 1, 2026

Here is a link to our website to purchase a wreath for your loved one. It is IMPORTANT for you to be aware that we will not have donated funds to cover the expense for wreaths for every veteran buried in Rest Haven this year. If you want a wreath for you loved one, please purchase one ASAP. They are $17 each
Make sure when filling out your order form to indicate it is “Grave Specific” with your loved one’s name, branch and burial plot information. If you prefer to complete a paper form and mail a check to Wreaths Across America, the forms will be available by end of the week at the American Legion Post 233
