Who We Are

We are a Student Chapter at The University of Rio Grande Valley that focuses on increasing voting registration in the Latino Community. In the beginning of 2019, two students decided there needed to be a change in the RGV. Leylany Castillo and Jaqueline Gonzalez started the JOLT Chapter at UTRGV and plan to make a change by giving Latinos the voice they deserve.
