RGV Young Gloves Foundation Our mission is to provide essential financial resources that support our RGV boxing community.

The RGV Young Gloves Foundation was founded by April Fausey Castillo in May 2023. At our nonprofit organization, our primary mission is to serve the youth, officials, and coaches of our RGV community. We are driven by a vision to provide vital financial resources that promote Olympic-style boxing and empower the valley's youth to pursue higher education. We want our community to know that we are c

ommitted to transparency and operating as a legitimate nonprofit organization. We have diligently completed all the necessary documents and requirements to establish our nonprofit status. We believe in open communication and accountability, and we are dedicated to providing full transparency in all our activities. If you have any questions or would like to review our documents, we welcome your inquiries and are happy to share the information with you. Our goal is to serve the community with integrity and make a positive impact in the lives of the youth, officials, and coaches we support.
