Hidalgo County Pct.4 Endowment Community Resource Center The Endowment Community Resource Center offers services to Precinct 4 constituents that live in the San Carlos area.

•Early and Election Day Voting Site
•RGV Food Bank Distribution - Elderly Population
• Every 3rd Wednesday of the Month and must apply

with Food
Bank in order to receive your monthly commodities
•Boys and Girls Club of Edinburg
•After school program August-May
•Summer Program June-July
•Region I - ESL Classes - Currently hosting on-line classes
•Catholic Charities of San Juan - Parenting Classes
•Community Service Agency and Senior Corps
•Senior Companion Program
•HeadStart Foster Grandparent
•UTRGV - Basic English classes and Intermediate English Classes
•San Carlos Community Thanksgiving Luncheon
•Pct 4 and Texas Agrilife Kite Festival
•Pct 4 and Texas Agrilife Bike Festival

The Endowment Center also houses various partner programs
that are community based:
•MHP Salud - Medicaid/SNAP/Medicare application intake and processing
•Texas A&M Colonias Program
•Pregnant Application Assistance Program (Thursday AM)
•Medication Assistance Application Program (Friday AM)
•ChildFund Employee staff monthly training sessions
