This great price INCLUDES the moving (within 50 miles or otherwise added cost), one tuning, and a one year's warranty on the action. This 1885 Knabe Grand vintage piano was restored by Allen's Pianos in 2006. The case was black; carvings needed repaired; keytops were discolored; soundboard covered with dust; needed restringing; action needed rebuilding; frame needed repainting; and of course retuned several times because of new tuning pins and strings. The case is rare Brazilian Rosewood. This piano could sell for $60,000 but the owner certainly does not want to sell it.
