The Edinburg Early Risers are very proud and thankful to our DA Terry Palacios for the support he gives to our club. DA Palacios has been an instrumental part of the Edinburg Early Riser Scholarship Program. Thank you, DA, for the many years of support and for those to come in serving our community.
