As a longtime member of our organization, in many capacities, Sam is no stranger to Abbey's Hope. She previously served on staff for many years and most recently on our governing Board. Her deep knowledge of our mission and operations means she will, most certainly, hit the ground running as we continue serving families and advancing our work in water safety.

Today, we say farewell to Alison Petri our Director of Operations after 6 incredible years of dedication, hard work, and commitment. Her contributions to Abbey's Hope have made a lasting impact, and she will truly be missed by everyone here. Today, we honor and celebrate Abigail on what would have been her 25th birthday. 💙

Abigail’s bright, kind, and joyful spirit continues to inspire the mission of Abbey’s Hope Charitable Foundation every single day. While we wish she were here celebrating this milestone with her family and friends, we are proud that her legacy lives on through education, awareness, and advocacy for water safety.

In honor of Abbey, we remain committed to protecting families around water. Every swim lesson taught, every life jacket worn, every lifeguard trained, every stakeholder educated, and every conversation about water safety helps carry her legacy forward.
