Dear friends of ABBA Mission--is the mission I founded in 1992 and still actively assists those in ministry in Costa Rica and Peru. Please do not forget to take advantage of tax deductible gifts--must be postmarked by December 31st to qualify. "ABBA" 3332 Juniper Dr., Edgewater, FL 32141. Have a Merry Christmas!

ABBA Mission HAS been BLESSED this year:
• We were able to make our first mission team trip since 2005 and our 1st trip to the country of Costa Rica to do evangelism and dental treatment!
• We were honored by the students of Oral Roberts University with an offering of nearly $5,000 for portable dental equipment-—which arrived in time for the March trip!
• We averaged more than $240 per month in support for our volunteer staff in Costa Rica: Luis & Olga Cambronero of Oratina, Costa Rica.
• In December 2012 their son, Jafeth—an amazing young man, graduated from a private Christian school with an ability to speak and write in English. This helped our team in March and we anticipate more help with future teams, perhaps in 2014.

Great news. With the current change in work status, there may be opportunities for future mission trips. We will keep in touch as the Lord opens doors. Please remember the ABBA Mission in your Holiday and year end giving!

10/02/2012

We are actively helping native people help themselves, while planning future trips. Your regular or special gifts are used 100% for mission work--not overhead or salaries!

NOT sure of a possible mission trip for 2013, since I must complete a year at the new position at the Salvation Army before receiving vacation time and the dental mission to the Cabecares must occur January to March to beat the floods from rain. Perhaps 2014 for Costa Rica--unless another site develops--will keep you all posted! Meantime, please do not forget that support is critical NOW for any future mission trips or work to keep the mission and its foreign volunteers active!

Sorry, still no regular access to internet. Work doesn't have my compu connected either. None at home. Hey, our mission is unable to sustain our monthly commitments & I can no longer make up the shortfall with part time pay! Help needed to continue doing good for our friends in Costa Rica & Peru "ABBA" 3332 Juniper Drive, Edgewater, FL 32141

Hey friends, Anthony Gonzales of Peru went to Brazil for work. He since has an opportunity to train for cruise line work, but needs to get back to Peru soon to expedite his career. He is 26 and worked for us when he was 13--16 years old as videographer on our mission trips. He needs slightly over $500--about $575 to get a flight from Sao Paolo Brazil to Lima Peru. You can send through the mission earmarked "Travel". Thanks!

Right now I am still awaiting for any reply for a paying position of service unto our Lord. I am awaiting answers back from 3 Salvation Army positions, 2 helping meet the needs of people with emergency needs, and one is something like Assistant Pastor--but they don't call it that. I am hoping for the latter, since it is more of what I do and is 20 miles from my current location. I will let you know. None of the church applications--maybe 3 dozen so far, have produced even a nibble--disappointing!

The ABBA Mission continues to make a difference! We must help our staff in Costa Rica that help us on our mission trips--Olga, Luis, and Jafeth. Currently there is not enough to meet our $240 monthly commitment, and, in my current uncertain economic status--I really cannot afford to make up the difference! If you are able to help the Mission ABBA and ME by donating very soon to: "ABBA" 3332 Juniper Drive, Edgewater, FL 32141 --that would take a great burden off of me. There is a great need and we have really made a difference for good in that country by the support and education we have provided for our staff. Those who just came back from the March trip can attest to the results of our work there--Jafeth was able to communicate in English with them and assist with communication assistance due to his schooling.

Costa Rica Trip Summary-Trip was more than glorious for the Kingdom with over 3 dozen confirmed salvations over a half dozen identifiable healings, and many dozens rededicated and bondages broken! Tentative plans made for next year for a larger team--Lord willing and NEW position permitting! Finances still needed for high costs of basic ministry there: ABBA 3332 Juniper Dr., Edgewater, FL 32141.
