The purpose of BHTIIN is to envelope Indigenous peoples in order to secure Treaty Rights. We are recognizing indigenous people who ate enrolled in a tribal nation, yet are recognizing those indigenous people who are not recognized by their respective tribal nation yet have that indigenous blood running through them. Turtle Island encompasses the north American continent and all are welcome here.
