Spring Camporee with Flickertail District, Northern Lights Council was a blast! We started out wet and cold Friday night but it only got better! We learned how to make rope and how to whip 2 different sized ropes together. We learned each of our pace counts and how to track distance with our pace count beads. We also got to do the BB and Slingshot range! This was also our first weekend cooking all of our own meals so we learned some valuable lessons about getting food prepped and dishes cleaned and getting camp cleaned up before going to bed.

Monday evening our Pack held our annual Blue & Gold banquet to celebrate the birthday of Cub Scouting and to promote our Cub Scouts to the next rank after a year of dedication and hard work. We promoted two Cub Scouts from Tiger to Wolf, six Cub Scouts from Bear to Webelo, one Cub Scout from Webelo to Arrow of Light, and we had one Cub Scout cross over the bridge from Arrow of Light to Scout, having completed the Cub Scout program. Special thanks to all of our adult volunteers who keep this program running, to the Edgeley American Legion for chartering our Pack and Troop, and to the families that have, and continue to, support their scouts through this journey. Congratulations Cub Scouts and Scout on your achievements!

Another Fall Festival in the books! Saturday's carnival hosted various games and bouncy castles! In the afternoon, Scouts worked on rank specific requirements and wrapped up the day learning to build a campfire.
