Chowan/Perquimans Smart Start signed onto Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in 2017 to give our community's children the best start in life. To date, over 3,000 children in our community have received Imagination Library books.
Our hearts are incredibly sad today and we are more inspired than ever to continue Dolly's mission to brighten our children's future.
