One of the greatest gifts of this summer was getting to serve alongside ministry partners like Mary.

Mary was able to join us for almost every week of ministry this summer, giving her a front-row seat to what God was doing through this team.

She saw God in the faces of those in need. She saw Him in people who are still living without knowing Him. And she saw Him working through her own life as she extended His mercy.

Her words are such a beautiful reflection of this summer:

“I have never enjoyed myself so much with a team in these months.” — Mary

We’re so thankful for faithful ministry partners who don’t just welcome our teams, but serve alongside them, pour into them, and help make ministry possible week after week.

This summer was special. And we’re grateful for every person God used to make it possible.

WHY WE GO. 🌎

Because Jesus commands us to go.

We go because there are people who have never heard the Gospel.
We go because the Church is called to make disciples of all nations.
We go because we believe the Gospel is worth carrying across cultures, borders, and oceans.
We go to serve, to listen, to build relationships, and to make Christ known.

But ultimately, we go because Jesus is worthy.

Every trip, every conversation, every child, every family, and every community is an opportunity to point people to the hope we have in Christ.

This is why we go.
This is why we send.

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

From the mountains to islands,God has opened doors for Send Us International to serve communities across Panama.

These places are more than dots on a map. They are people, families, churches, and communities that we have the privilege of walking alongside, serving, loving, and sharing the hope of the Gospel with.

This summer, we didn’t just gain interns we gained family.

From late nights, early mornings, ministry in Panama, hard conversations, lots of laughter, and countless moments of seeing God at work, these students gave us their summer and let God use it for something so much bigger.

We’re so thankful for the 2026 Send Us Summer team and the ways they showed up, served faithfully, stepped outside their comfort zones, and said yes to being sent.

The summer may be over, but the impact doesn’t end here.

A few weeks ago, our Send Us Summer Team kicked off the summer by traveling to Chame to serve alongside Pastor Ruben and his church. 🇵🇦

During our time there, we mowed, painted, sealed, and helped complete projects around the church property. We also had the opportunity to host a Saturday children’s VBS, where we taught the kids that they are made in God’s image!

Looking back, we’re so thankful for how the Lord moved throughout that week. It was a privilege to serve the local church and see God working in the lives of both our team and the community.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for and supported our summer. Your generosity and encouragement make this ministry possible!
