She brings decades of real-world experience as a pastor, hospital chaplain, spiritual counselor, Reiki Master, and shamanic practitioner. She is the author of Healed to Healer: A Woman’s Transformation through Christian Shamanism and The Power of Spirit. Steady By Design is not a product built in a boardroom — it is a framework forged in hospital rooms, counseling offices and sacred spaces.

Teresa created an app that helps people process feelings that bridge the gap between “I feel something” and “I know what to do with it” is where too many people get lost. Steady By Design closes that gap.

Jeff’s latest video production was created for a nonprofit called Wings for Widows based in Minnetonka and Orlando. In February, Jeff spent three days interviewing five widows and four financial advisors and he will show us the first emotional video that he produced and directed for Wings for Widows.

They provide free financial advice all over the country to men and women who are recently widowed. Certified financial planners donate their services to guide widowed people properly navigate their estates, their debt, their assets and their bills in a tragic time in their lives.

Tim Murray is a Servant Leader, CEO, and founder of Bravo Zulu House and Trinity Sober Homes, both 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

Bravo Zulu House is America's first all-military sober home for Veterans struggling with PTSD and Addiction, founded in 2024 as a spin-off from Trinity Sober Homes founded by Tim in 2011.

Tim partnered with Colonel Father Martin Fleming, and has the highest post-treatment recovery rate in the nation at 71%.

Tim got sober at age 50 in 2009 - back when he used to be who he thought he was - a big deal on Wall Street (New York) and the Twin Cities entrepreneur scene. Tim has raised over $30M in private equity and nonprofit donations for 20+ companies and 2 nonprofits. He has taught Business & Entrepreneurship at both University of St Thomas and Metro State University. He has 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and lives on a farm in Waseca, MN with his 4 barn cats named: Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty, and Kitty.

She didn't start her career as a business owner. She was a recruiter, worked as a government employee in health care, is a certified life coach and is a former franchise co-owner in the personal development field. That’s where she learned about networking and built her skills! Lili realized she loves uncovering people's needs, publicizing their resources and connecting them to people who need them. A director from the world's largest networking company, BNI, recognized her off-the-charts abilities and recruited her to join the leadership team. She helped business owner members in its largest region to retain business and grow during the Pandemic.

That experience, as well as delivering relationship-building workshops for Power Talk Seminars have sharpened her networking skills. Her work with Norm Johnson-Korbuly building the family recycling business, has enabled quick growth as a result of her background. This leads her to proclaim: You Are Always Networking! Lili will share three easy to implement tips to get more out of your networking, even when you’re not at an event. She will help you be better at serving others, and with that, yourself.
