From specialized sensory walls and quiet rooms to Adaptive Bible Camp and certified therapy dogs, our goal is simple: ensuring every child and family feels welcome, understood, and loved.

For Week 5 of our Bloom in the Desert series, we’re looking at the Mistletoe. Some plants take more than they give, and mistletoe is one of them—growing on trees and sending roots inside to take what it needs to survive.

Sometimes we can act a little like mistletoe, depending on others’ work, energy, and kindness without always noticing or saying thank you. As we reflect this week, may we treat all people with fairness and respect, give generously, receive graciously, and honor the work of those around us.
