Huge congratulations to Josh Cook, Hannah Just and Harrison Serk for being awarded the 2026 John Parrington Scholarship! 🎓
Josh will be studying Economics at the University of Minnesota. His favorite memory at EPSC is winning the Kansas Cup with his teammates and John Niday. Josh is such a mature, polite, respectful, and composed individual who not only exemplifies these traits on the field, he also shows them off it as well. A leader who will run through a brick wall for his teammates, Josh makes every team he plays on better. It has been so fun to see a nervous, awkward 9U player grow into a confident, man-mountain that dominates technically, athletically, and tactically. Well done Josh, congratulations on a great EPSC career!
Hannah Just is planning on attending Winona State University to major in Sonography and her favorite memory from EPSC is winning the Minnesota Cup Championship. Hannah embodies everything that is great about EPSC players: passion, respect & excellence. A determined, athletic, and tenacious center back who committed 110% to everything she did, Hannah was the heartbeat of many a back 4 and led by example. Dependable, level-headed, and courteous, Hannah pushes teammates to be their best. Hannah has a very bright future ahead of her and will go on to achieve big things in whatever she does. Thanks for all your hard work, effort and commitment, Hannah!
Harrison will be going to the University of Wisconsin to study Biomedical Engineering and his favorite memory is traveling to Las Vegas for a tournament. Truly a player who has stuck with EPSC through thick and thin and is reaping the rewards for his loyalty, hard work and commitment. A tremendous athlete who could (and has) played every single position on the field with no problem, Harrison matches that athleticism with ability, work rate, and desire. An ever-present throughout the years, Harrison is a recognizable face around EPSC (not because he and his brother look similar) and it will leave a hole at the club not seeing him regularly. A great head on his shoulders, Harrison will go on to great things and it has been a pleasure to have him as a model player throughout the years.
