The Equity Advantage The Equity Advantage (TEA) is a Management Consulting Firm that strives to make the world more equitable and just. This informs how we are organized at TEA.

We have had the privilege of advising and collaborating with many of the world’s most extraordinary social change leaders. At TEA, we believe that, to make an impact on eliminating racial disparities, it is not enough to break down systemic and structural racial barriers. In order to have a significant impact, one must also simultaneously prepare historically disenfranchised communities to take ad

vantage of the opportunities created as barriers are taken down. Our work efforts are centered around two key domains:

1. Direct-Action Domain – this embodies the causes championed by TEA and provide individual preparedness required to take advantage of the opportunities created as systemic and structural barriers are taken down. These causes are:
• Education
• Wealth Generation
• Health and Wellness

2. Indirect Action Domain – this embodies the consulting and solutions work TEA does with private and public companies, institutions, and organizations to break down systemic and structural barriers existing within those organizations.
