Welcome to the team, Noel! 🎉

We're excited to announce that Noel Sylvester-Noyes has joined the Green Mountain Council as our new Coordinator of Volunteer Support. Noel brings 30 years of retail and operations experience, a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, and — as a former Girl Scout leader — a genuine connection to the world of youth development.

Originally from Virginia, Noel has made her home in the Green Mountains. When she's not helping our volunteers, you might find her gardening, hiking, kayaking, birding, or catching a Broadway show.

After 29 years, Laurie Sneed is retiring from the Green Mountain Council — and we're throwing a celebration worthy of her service.
