One day longer!

Eight days of dedicated picketing by our members, tough negotiations and the love and support of our community has earned our members at Your Hometown Federal Credit Union a hard won tentative agreement. If accepted by our members, we go back to work the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Day 6 on Strike against Your Hometown Federal Credit Union in City of Mayfield, Kentucky - City Hall for a fair contract and the end to the Credit Unions unfair labor practices!

Our members at Unit 09 are in it for the long haul and won't back down until they receive the contract they deserve and to prove that, today we opened our Strike and Defense account in preparation for our members to begin to receive strike benefits.

However long it takes, our members are prepared to fight for what they deserve!

Lobby LOCKED to customers and memebers.

Manager REFUSING to speak to customers about why they won't negotiate a fair contract with its Union.

Big thanks to UPS for honoring our picket line and refusing to cross.

Call Your Hometown Federal Credit Union and demand that they return to the table and end the strike!

Area workers called for changes to their contracts Friday as they picketed in front of Your Hometown Federal Credit Union in Mayfield. Of primary concern are workers' retirement benefits.

WPSD Local 6 covered the first day of our strike against Your Hometown Federal Credit Union. Our members at the Unit 9 work site are fighting against *multiple* unfair labor board practices used against our members to bring negotiations to a halt and to force an unfair contract on the workers that attack pension and retirement benefits.

The Credit Union refuses to reveal who sits on the board to even their own members! Time to lift the veil and stop hiding from our members and YOUR customers!
