Greetings!!
We are happy to see so many events return and life come back to some semblance of “normal”. The last two years have been tough and we’ve missed seeing new and returning faces but life moves on (at rapid pace sometimes) and we’ve made the tough decision to not hold the event again this year. In lieu of preparing for this years event we hope to shift our efforts to recruiting new leadership to help drive the triathlon forward again in the future.
We cherish the memories made the last 10 years and hope to be a part of this again in the future! Thank you to all those that have expressed interest in our event and chosen to make us part of your triathlon experience!

Hello Racers and volunteers,

We appreciate your patience as we navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation. Our highest priority is to ensure that our racers, participants and spectators remain safe and healthy.

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel this years race. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to postpone to a later date due to the water quality of Halfmoon lake becoming unpredictable after mid-June.

For those that have already registered we are working with active.com to determine the most efficient way to issue refunds. Our understanding is that nearly 100% of the entry fees will be returned to all registered participants electronically - the only fees that will be deducted are those that are charged by Active not by the Eau Claire Triathlon.

We are so disappointed we won't have the chance to see you this year. We hope you are able to stay active, healthy, and looking forward to joining us in 2021!
