Our sweet Maddy would have turned 18 today and graduating this weekend. Our hearts are heavy as we think about what should have been but we also remember to smile, the way you always did. Reflecting on all the great memories and the pride we have in who you were and the legacy you left behind.
On this tough day we want to take a moment to share how Maddy’s legacy has helped another family. Every year we auction off Maddy’s Tree at our Tinsel and Tidings Gala. The proceeds go to help a special family or several families in the area that are going through pediatric cancer journeys. This year we were able to help out Easton who is going through treatment. With treatments keeping him from being able to do other things he really enjoys, him and his brother have been bonding over video games. We were able to upgrade their systems and get a new TV so that older brother didn’t need to carry his TV back and forth. Good luck with treatment Easton!
