A representative from the State Knights of Columbus Council as well as the 4th Degree Honor Guard were on hand to send off Team Wisconsin to the National Special Olympics competition on Friday at the Pablo Center in Eau Claire. The State KC council presented Team Wisconsin with a $179,000 check to support our athletes. Every four years the State Council along with support of our local councils throughout the state are proud to contribute to Team Wisconsin so they can compete at the National Competition.

Our delegates and spouses at the KC State Convention this past weekend (Past Grand - Knight Kyle & Roxanne Johnson, Chaplain - Father Francis and Grand Knight - John & Monica Delestry). Congratulations to brother Bill Chrostowski who was the big winner of the State Charity Raffle. When the council sells 2,200 tickets someone we know is bound to win.

Spring is here and that can only mean one thing to our Adopt a Highway Chairman Bob Link.......Spring Cleanup! Saturday, we had 10 volunteers including one wife. We ended up with 14 full bags of trash, 2 radiators, an alternator, one catalytic converter 2 big pieces of cardboard and a very large spring. We are happy to keep our stretch of highway looking good.
