Every organization has a story. This is ours. 💚

Tandem didn’t begin as one organization. Our story is made up of people, programs, and organizations that shared a common belief: relationships matter.

Over the years, mentorship, support groups, and restorative justice came together under Tandem—each bringing its own history, experience, and heart for our community.

Today, we’re building on that foundation as we expand into new communities, strengthen partnerships, and find new ways to support young people and families.
