We are the Northside Hill Neighborhood Association in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our mission:

To foster a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community by respecting the rights and dignity of all residents, promoting social cohesion, enhancing neighborhood facilities, protecting natural resources, and facilitating open communication with neighbors and governing bodies. Our

cause is to support a thriving, connected, and involved neighborhood, prioritizing the well-being of its residents and the preservation of the neighborhood's natural beauty. Goals and Plans to Achieve Them:

Empower Residents: Provide educational resources, communication lines, and support to residents to actively engage in neighborhood decision-making, and collaboration on community projects and priorities. Enhance Neighborhood Facilities: Partner with local government and businesses to improve and maintain public spaces, such as parks, playgrounds, and community centers, that promote the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood. Preserve Natural Resources: Advocate for responsible environmental practices and green initiatives that preserve and protect the neighborhood's natural resources and beauty, such as tree planting, community gardens, and clean-up events. Foster Social Connectedness: Organize regular social events, such as neighborhood potlucks, block parties, and cultural celebrations, to strengthen relationships among neighbors and cultivate a sense of community. Strengthen Communication: Establish and maintain effective channels of communication, such as newsletters, social media, and regular community meetings, to keep residents informed about neighborhood developments and foster dialogue with governing bodies.
