ADR.org in WA saves 1 dog at a time out of high kill animal shelters in CA. .The dog will enjoy a normal family environment with the founder of ADR.org, and behavior assessment is done. Our headquarters are located at the home of our founder Annette Bowman, in Bellevue WA. But our dogs are in foster homes throughout the Seattle area & a boarding facility when needed.
