Eastpointe Lions

Eastpointe Lions Become a Lion! Our meetings are 1st & 3rd Thursdays,6:30 pm at the Oddfellows Hall, 23322 Gratiot Ave In 1983, the Lions organized the East Detroit Lioness Club.

In October, 1948, the dream of a group of civic minded people became a reality through the chartering of the East Detroit Lions Club. The Eastpointe Lions are a very diversified Club that recognizes its duties and responsibilities in every phase of Lionism. In 1991, the City of East Detroit changed its name to Eastpointe. As leaders of the community, the Lions Club likewise voted to change its name.

Woof! Honored to support this wonderful organization! Leader Dogs for the Blind

This month we are welcoming Algonac Lions Club, Milford Huron Valley Lions Club, Eastpointe Lions, Rochester Hills Lions Michigan, Lake Orion Lions Club, Armada Lions Club, Royal Oak Lions Club, Rochester Lions Club, Fraser Lions Club Michigan and Shelby Township Lions Club into Leader Dogs for the Blind Top Dog Clubs.

These Lions clubs have given $5,000 or more in one fiscal year to Leader Dog, making an impact in our clients' lives and helping them to be unstoppable!

Photo description: A flyer which has a block of dark teal text over light teal rectangle in the top half of the flyer. The text reads "Welcome to the Top Dog Club" and has the names of each club from this post mentioned. In the bottom half of the flyer there is a black Labrador retriever in a "downward dog" play position on a blue slide with an orange toy in between its front paws. The dog's mouth is open and turned up like a smile with its pink tongue hanging out. The Leader Dog logo is in the bottom left and the Lions Clubs International logo is in the bottom right.
