We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Fostering Legacy for the opportunity to present this past Saturday. It was truly an honor to connect with such a passionate group of individuals dedicated to creating positive outcomes for youth and families.

Being able to share my experiences, insights, and the work we are doing through The L.I.V.E. Outreach is something I never take for granted. Opportunities like these remind me why I am so passionate about community engagement, youth empowerment, and creating pathways for success.

Thank you again to the Fostering Legacy team for your warm welcome and for the incredible work you continue to do. I genuinely enjoyed the experience and look forward to future opportunities to collaborate and make an impact together.

Grateful is an understatement. 💫

Our founder, Malika Williams, had an incredible time presenting at the MI-PEER Conference and connecting with such an engaged, passionate crowd. Being in a room filled with individuals who are committed to growth, collaboration, and impact is always powerful—but the energy, the conversations, and the shared purpose at this conference truly stood out.

At The L.I.V.E. Outreach, we believe connection is where real change begins. To be able to share our mission and engage with so many inspiring voices was an experience we don’t take lightly.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be presenting at the MI-PEERS Conference at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace! 🎤✨

This peer-led workshop will focus on social-emotional learning, life skills, and creating safe, engaging spaces that truly meet people where they are. It’s an amazing opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who are passionate about making an impact in our communities.

The L.I.V.E. Outreach is working to transform a bus into a Mobile Mentoring Hub—a space where we can bring mentorship, wellness, and life-changing programs directly to youth who need it most.

This bus will allow us to reach more young people, provide safe and supportive environments, and deliver workshops focused on mental health, literacy, and life skills right where they are.

This past Saturday, The L.I.V.E Outreach had the privilege of partnering with an incredible community organization to host a hands-on CPR training during our weekly session.

Equipping our community with life-saving skills is a powerful step toward building safer, stronger neighborhoods. We’re grateful to our partner for leading such an engaging and impactful training, and to everyone who showed up ready to learn and serve.

Moments like these remind us that outreach is not just about connection—it’s about empowerment.
