Police are responding to reports of a shooting at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Please keep Temple Israel, their entire temple family, their security team, and everyone affected by this tragic situation in your thoughts. We are also holding our first responders in prayer as they work to protect and support the community.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Diane Reece‑Seger. Diane touched so many lives with her kindness, encouragement, and unwavering dedication to others. Eastpointe Community Schools and Gleaners Community Food Bank will host their monthly School Food Mobile event this Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Kelly Middle School (24701 Kelly Road, Eastpointe).
