This Memorial Day, the Board of Directors of Elder Care Community Council of Franklin County honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the fallen heroes and their families whose courage and dedication protect the freedoms we cherish every day.

As we gather with loved ones this holiday, may we pause to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and remember those who gave all for our country.

Wishing our community a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Eldercare Community Council would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful ladies of the Church of Christ in Goodlettsville, TN, for donating fidget blankets for individuals living with dementia.

A very special thank you and huge kudos to Sharon Lofstead, who volunteers at the senior center, for thinking of us and helping make this thoughtful donation possible. These blankets will provide comfort, engagement, and support to so many individuals and families we serve.

If there is someone in the community who could benefit from a fidget blanket for a loved one living with dementia, please reach out to Valentina Webb at 850-370-0116.
