Meet and welcome Katie, our new farm manager.

Katie is a Lehigh Valley native who has been farming in the mid-Atlantic and greater LV since 2010. She believes agricultural work is rooted in connectivity with the biodiversity of our ecosystem and the neighbors in our community. She has deep admiration for monarch butterflies and is an advocate for pollinator conservation. Katie is excited to integrate with the EUF community, to learn and grow together, and to bite into the seasonal goodness of a lush homegrown tomato.

Congratulations to our pepper eating contest winners! And thanks to Easton Farmers' Market for putting together such a fun event! We had a great time talking peppers with everyone

Taking the title of this competition required the winner to eat not just one, but three Dragon's Breath peppers.
