💙 Camp Palmer is Ready to Celebrate Father’s Day! 💙

This week, our campers had so much fun creating special handmade gifts for the amazing dads, grandpas, and father figures in their lives. Each one was painted with creativity, care, and lots of love!

As we look forward to celebrating Father’s Day this Sunday, we want to thank all the fathers and role models who encourage, support, and inspire our campers every day.
We can't wait for these special gifts to make their way home and bring a smile to someone special.

🤸 Week 2 at Camp Palmer – Jump Into Summer!

What a fantastic week! Campers enjoyed an exciting trip to Sky Zone, a special visit from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, splashing at Palmer Pool, sports, crafts, mini golf, and lots of fun with friends.

Our campers also continued caring for their garden, and we are excited to share that our strawberry, tomato, and blueberry plants are growing right along with us! 🍓🍅🫐 It has been wonderful watching our campers learn, explore, and nurture something special together.

Thank you to our amazing counselors, campers, families, and community partners for making another week full of smiles, laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories! ❤️

Today, Officer Furmato from the PA Game Commission visited Camp Palmer and gave a wonderful presentation to our campers. He taught them about conservation and the importance of managing wildlife resources. Campers had the opportunity to see a catch pole, whitetail deer antlers, beaver fur, turkey wings, and a bear skull. They enjoyed learning about the different items and hearing fascinating facts about Pennsylvania wildlife. It was a fun, engaging, and educational experience for everyone.
Our Camp Palmer family is incredibly thankful for our community safety partners who take the time to visit, teach, and inspire our campers. Today's special visit from the PA Game Commission helped our campers gain a greater appreciation for nature, wildlife, and the important work being done to protect our natural resources. Thank you, Officer Furmato, for sharing your knowledge and helping make camp such a memorable experience! 🦌🐻🦫🌲💚

What a SKY-high day at Sky Zone!
Nothing compares to a happy Camp Palmer camper! The smiles, laughter, and excitement on their faces say it all. Today was filled with jumping, playing, and making unforgettable memories with friends.

What made the day even more special was sharing all the fun with our amazing counselors, who jumped, laughed, encouraged, and created lasting memories right alongside the campers. The friendships, teamwork, and joy we witnessed today are what Camp Palmer is all about!

Thank you to our wonderful campers and counselors for making this adventure such a success. We can't wait to see what fun is next!

⛳️🏌️ What a Tee-rific Morning at Camp Palmer! 🏌️⛳️

Our campers had an amazing time today as Points Up Entertainment brought their Mobile Mini Golf course to Camp Palmer! The morning was filled with laughter, friendly competition, teamwork, and plenty of hole-in-one attempts.

Campers enjoyed rotating through the 9-hole course, practicing their putting skills, cheering on their friends, and learning the importance of good sportsmanship. It was wonderful to see everyone engaged, encouraging one another, and having so much fun together.

A huge thank you to Points Up Entertainment for providing such a fun, organized, and interactive experience for our campers. The course was a fantastic addition to our day and created memories that will last all summer long!

🌿🐾 Camp Palmer Week 1: Into the Wild! 🐾🌿
What an incredible first week of Camp Palmer! Our campers kicked off the summer with a wild adventure filled with fun, laughter, new friendships, and unforgettable memories.

From exciting games and creative activities to outdoor exploration and animal-themed learning, campers fully embraced our "Into the Wild" theme with enthusiasm and curiosity. They enjoyed soccer during Olympic Time, a fun mini-golf experience right here at camp, and engaging activities through our clubs, including our Garden Club, where campers planted tomatoes, blueberries, and strawberries that we'll continue to care for throughout the summer.

One of the week's biggest highlights was our visit to the Lehigh Valley Zoo, where campers participated in special educational presentations and learned about fascinating animals like the Mwanza Pancake Tortoise, Monti the Angolan Python, and Morey the Argentine Black and White Tegu.

We also celebrated Jersey Day on Friday! It was wonderful to see so many campers and counselors proudly wearing their favorite team jerseys. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped showcase the teamwork, collaboration, and camp spirit that make Camp Palmer so special.

Along the way, campers met our amazing counselors, built new friendships, learned new things, and created memories that will last a lifetime. And of course, pool time made the week even more exciting!

Week 1 was just the beginning of a summer filled with learning, adventure, laughter, and lasting friendships. A huge thank you to our campers for their energy, our families for your trust, and our incredible counselors for making it all happen.

🌱🍓 Garden Keepers Club Update! 🍅🫐

Today, our Camp Palmer gardeners wrapped up an amazing week of learning by planting the fruits and vegetables that will grow throughout our summer season!

Our campers worked together to plant tomatoes, blueberries, and strawberries while learning about gardening, responsibility, teamwork, and caring for living things.

We can't wait to watch our garden grow over the next several weeks and see the results of all their hard work. A special thank you to our young gardeners for their enthusiasm and helping make our Camp Palmer garden bloom! 🌱🍓🫐🍅
