Is this caption fitting as a recap of today’s event?

CRITC showed up differently, but our commitment to community never changed. 💚🤝🏽

Sometimes, things don’t go as originally planned, and we have to pivot. 🔄 But when it comes to supporting our community, we know how to adjust, show up, and keep our hands on deck! 🙌🏽✨

We were grateful to support For Our Kulture and The Kulture Kitchen as they introduced a much-needed opportunity to the Lehigh Valley: bringing awareness to the importance of meal planning, healthy eating, and establishing routines that support healthier households. 🥗🍎🏡

One of the biggest takeaways? Eating healthier doesn’t have to be complicated! 🍓🥑 Healthy habits don’t require perfection or an overwhelming plan. Sometimes, it starts with small, intentional changes that make a big difference over time. 🌱💫

At CRITC, our mission is to uplift communities by helping people thrive physically 💪🏽, mentally 🧠, emotionally ❤️, financially 💵, and spiritually 🕊️. Because personal wellness requires personal balance. ⚖️ Even the smallest changes can help us build stronger minds and stronger communities. 🌍💚

🥗 Know someone who struggles with meal planning or healthy eating? Reach out to Ms. Maia Taylor today and explore the resources and support they offer! 🍽️✨

The only Christopher we acknowledge is Christopher Wallace 🎤 & Peter 🌅!

Most of us know Mr. Wallace and today we want to intentionally shine the 💡 on Mr. Peters, a Karuk leader working to protect Indigenous lands, sacred sites, and cultural traditions.

One Christopher left a legacy on the mic; another is helping preserve a legacy that existed long before the microphone.

This Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we want to be apart of changing the narrative.

The name might be Christopher, but the legacy is what matters. ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿🌿
